It is our policy that all professional personnel be familiar with and adhere to the independence, integrity, and objectivity rules, regulations, interpretations, and rulings of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy, and the Pennsylvania Certified Public Accounts.

All professional personnel must comply with the continuing professional education requirements of the AICPA, PICPA, the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy, the U.S. General Accounting Office, and other regulatory agencies.

Our office is located at 106 East Pine Street in Clearfield, Pennsylvania.  The building that we occupy is one of the many historical landmarks in Clearfield.  Our firm began in 1946 under the ownership of George Scott and David Rabe.
